Catchy Slogans For Healthy Foods

use of green power in Panama and Renewable Energy Biomass

A project law "standards for buildings and homes" to regulate the energy efficiency in new construction designs and proposed the National Energy Secretariat (SNE), as part of the national energy plan.

"This is considered more natural lighting designs and use materials that permit lower power consumption," said Isaac Castillo, manager of the Electric Transmission Company, SA and member of the SNE.

In the case of hotels, motels and hospitals will be encouraged to be designed and constructed to that water heating is solar energy, says the proposal.

"It will prohibit water heating in public pools or private electricity or petroleum fuels." Under the optimistic scenario proposed contemplates the massive replacement of domestic appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines, more efficient units.

Based on the study done by the SNE, the use of these appliances represent a very high energy (up to 50% per month) of the low-consumption (less than 200 kilowatt hours per month) therefore a measure for this stratum, it could represent significant savings in this segment of the population.

The so-called white line-art appliances (according to international standards of green label) could represent a saving of half the electricity consumption of these same teams with yellow tags, however, green appliances have a higher cost (including 40 and 50% more) which constitutes a barrier to the acquisition of this equipment efficiently.

Under the proposal, the SNE will design a program to enable access to these computers to this stratum of the population, which will also enable immediate energy savings, to achieve the postponement of investments in new plants.
